We specialize in unforgettable events of up to 600 guests. Together we will find which room fits your needs. The Airstream Room, The Garage, The Patio, The Ceremony Garden or our Wedding Chapel.

Here are some common questions you might have.
Rental Fees
Rental fees include the private use of your selected space for 4 hours, professional event staffing, tables, chairs, linens, and on-site parking. You may have full access to your rented space at 10 AM the day of your event. Tear down should be completed within 1 hour of event completion. Plus, add-on bar services, additional event time, catering, décor, and more with our All-Inclusive Packages.
Parking
Reds Roadhouse has 120 parking spaces available as well as dedicated handicap parking. Valet attendants are also available for hire, with convenient offsite parking. Valet attendants are included for all events with 200 or more guests. All personal belongings and décor must be removed after event.
Date Retainer
Reds Roadhouse requires a $200 retainer to confirm the space and date. This is not an additional fee and is deducted from your total.
Tables And Chairs

All tables, chairs, and black linens are provided. You may decorate the tables how you wish with the exception of glitter, confetti, and open flames. Sparklers are no longer permitted. Reds Roadhouse staff will complete clean up of facilities during and at the conclusion of your event.

Catering
Reds Roadhouse offers many delicious full buffet options ranging from $15-$27 per person and several appetizers starting at $140 per 50 guests. Outside catering is also permitted, although, we do charge $10 per guest for outside catering (max fee of $1,200). You are welcome to bring your own desserts with no outside catering fee.
Bar & Beverage Service
Each room rental will include a complimentary, unlimited tea & water station. Non- alcoholic beverage upgrades are available. Bar services, bartender(s), and security are not included in your rental fee. Bar service is optional and may be added for an additional fee. No outside beverages/alcohol is permitted at Reds Roadhouse, at any time, per TABC laws.
Security Fee
Reds Roadhouse provides off-duty police security for all events with alcohol. Security costs are included in rental fee.
