Reds is an event venue like no other with over 22,000 Sq. Ft. centrally located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth. Think rustic barn, meets vintage car with a splash of retro gas station.

We specialize in unforgettable events of up to 1,200 guests. Together we will find which room fits your needs. The Airstream Room, The Garage, The Patio, The Ceremony Garden or our SouthernRustically Romantic Chapel.

We’re only 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and close to both 287 and I-20.

Here are some common questions you might have.
PARKING

​Reds Roadhouse has 120 parking spaces available as well as dedicated handicap parking. Valet attendants are also available for hire, with convenient offsite parking.

DATE RETAINER

Reds Roadhouse requires a $200 retainer to confirm the space and date.  This is not an additional fee and is deducted from your total.

RENTAL FEES

The rental fee includes the private use of your selected space for up to 4 hours. You may have full access at 10 AM on the day of your event. Tear down should be completed within 1 hour of the event’s completion.

TABLES AND CHAIRS

All tables, chairs, and black linens are provided.  You may decorate the tables how you wish with the exception of glitter, confetti, and open flames.  Sparklers are no longer permitted. Reds Roadhouse staff will clean up the tables after the event.

CATERING

Reds Roadhouse offers may delicious food options ranging from $14 – $22 per person.  Outside catering is also permitted, although, we do charge $10 per guest for outside catering (except desserts).  Please refer to our Local Vendor page for outside catering and food truck options.

BAR & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Each room rental will include a complimentary, unlimited tea & water station. No outside alcohol is permitted at Reds Roadhouse at any time per TABC laws. We require one server per 75 guests at $45 an hour for a minimum of 5 hours.  We also require one bartender per 120 guests at $45 an hour for a minimum 5 hours.

SECURITY FEE

Security is required for all events expecting 200 or more guests. Reds Roadhouse requires one off-duty officer per 100 guests, as needed. Security is $55/hour per officer with a 4 hour minimum.
